Letizia, I contacted Tomy about the Zanzibar carrier and here is their reply:

“Unfortunately the product detailed was discontinued from our range some time ago. As a result we no longer have stock of the complete product or access to replacement product instructions.

I am sorry we have been unable to assist you on this occasion and please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused.“

Hi Gayle,

I couldn’t find an official instructions manual for that carrier as it is not manufactured anymore by Tomy, but I was able to talk to a person who owned it and here is what she said:

It’s a very simple to use carrier. It’s worn like a ruck sack with adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable waist strap. It also has two aluminium bars that fold out at the base that fold out like trestle legs .You can take the back carrier off your pack and place it on the ground with the child still in it and it won’t fall down, the child can stay sitting in it.

Hi, I’ve just got a second hand Tomy Premier Rider (1971) Snugli, It has a plastic frame/stand and I can’t find any info on it. The one thing I would like to know is what the max carry weight is, Thanks
