Hoppediz is another Germany based baby products manufacturer that offers a wide range of infant products including baby sleeping bags, leg warmers, swaddling blankets, toys, shoes and baby carriers since 1999.
Annette Schröder, the woman behind Hoppediz, decided to carry her baby son with a baby sling when she saw a mother carrying her baby while shopping. Since she was working in the textile industry she decided to create her own unique sling so that she wouldn’t have to pay a lot for the ones in the market. After some research and hard work, going through some trial and errors, she finally came up with a perfect design. In time, she established her own baby sling company and now, the company is operated by the Schröder family.
General Features of Hoppediz Baby Slings
- Hoppediz baby slings are cross twill woven, and that gives stretchability to the fabric and once you wear it, it adjusts to the body easily.
- Made of high quality threaded yarn which is crated from %100 long-piled cotton.
- Non-toxic and free of heavy metal dyes are used in the production.
- Hoppediz baby sling maintains a stable position under longer carry periods and heavier babies.
At the moment, there are three available baby carrier models of Hoppediz, which are Hoppediz slings, Bondolino and Hop-Tye.
Hoppediz Slings
This category consists of woven slings, elastic slings and ring slings. Allowing physical contact between the baby and the wearer, Hoppediz slings favors the feeling of closeness and security. They are made in different lengths so that a wide range of people can use them.
Hoppediz Bondolino
Hoppediz Bondolino is a soft baby carrier that adjusts perfectly to the baby and the parent thanks to the diagonally elastic woven fabric used in the carrier. It comes in a variety of color options like black-light blue, sand, coffee-orange and plum-lilac. Its outer fabric is made of 100% COC (Controlled Organic Crop) cotton.

Bondolino allows the parent to get very close to the baby. By the correct positioning of spread-squat, the carrier ensures healthy development of the hips.
Fabric softeners and tumble drying shouldn’t be used with this baby carrier; it can be machine-washed at 40 °C.
Hoppediz Hop-Tye
The Hop-Tye design is inspired from a mei tai, which is widely used in Asia and becoming increasingly popular in the Europe and America. Hop-Tye carriers can be used for babies from 0 to 2.5 years. Made of 100% cotton and comes with a rollable hood as a headrest. Its flexible base makes it possible to carry the newborns as well.
