Hippychick is a baby products supplier, founded in 1999, that operates in the UK. It is a small, family-originated company that exports to a number of countries. Their product range consists of various items like shoes, socks, seats, toys, playmats, protectors and baby carriers.
Hippychick distributes two baby carriers: Hippychick Hippyseat, which is their in house baby carrier and Wilkinet baby carrier which is produced by Wilkinet.co.uk.
Hippychick Hipseat
Hippychick Hipseat is one of the most unique baby carriers around as it does not look like any other baby carrier in the market. Although it requires you to hold/support the baby with one or two of your hands continually, the main design idea behind this baby carrier was to carry the baby on the hip without any strain or pressure on parent’s body.

As you can see from the above picture, Hippychick Hipseat is a simple and stylish baby carrier that is easy to wear. It is suitable for babies and toddlers, 6 months and older. Hipseat is actually designed as a back supporting belt which enables a carrying experience free of back strain for adults. The baby sits on the padded shelf and is supported by one or two hands of the parent.
One of the most prominent features of Hippychick Hipseat is that it allows baby interact with the world around with the parent together. At the moment, Hipseats come in four colors: black, burgundy, olive green and navy blue.
